The VR6D-HS is currently the most advanced digital LED UV flatbed printer on the market. Thanks to its industrial design, it allows for 24/7 operation, featuring the most advanced Ricoh Gen6 inkjet printing heads in the industry.

In addition to high-quality printing, it comes with magnetic head control to achieve the highest production speeds during printing. The printing heads can later be upgraded on-site for greater production capacity. Four vacuum zones ensure the material remains stationary during printing, with a reversible suction system to facilitate easier material handling.

With ink droplet sizes of 6, 12, and 18 pl, even the simplest graphics are rendered in rich detail.

Printing speeds:

The VK300D is equipped with industrial Kyocera KJ4A printing heads, providing 3.5 pl ink droplet sizes that allow for highly detailed printing. It can print on materials up to 10 cm thickness.

Other features include automatic height detection, one-touch pin registration, tandem printing, LED technology, ionization bars, and two vacuum zones. The CMYK and White colors can be configured up to 10 heads for increased printing speed.

The printing heads can also be upgraded on-site later.

The VK300D-HVT flatbed inkjet printer is built with a custom-milled aluminum table, specifically designed for printing on corrugated cardboard packaging. Through 120,000 holes in the table, even highly curved corrugated boards are securely held in place. Two 7.5 horsepower Spencer motors provide strong vacuum power to ensure maximum material stability during printing.
